Security that serves the Mission

Practical Security Support Built Around Your Church

Every church is different. Your building layout, volunteer team, congregation size, service schedule, children’s ministry, parking flow, emergency procedures, and leadership structure all affect how your safety plan should work.

That is why ChurchGuard Solutions does not begin with a one-size-fits-all training package.

We begin with an on-site security assessment to understand your current strengths, identify gaps, and determine what your church actually needs. From there, we help build a practical plan that may include team training, policy development, emergency exercises, recurring support, and onboarding for new safety team members.

Our goal is simple: help your church become safer, more prepared, and more confident without creating a heavy-handed or intimidating environment.

Our Services

Initial Site Security Assessment
$500.00

The initial site assessment is the starting point for every church. We evaluate your current safety posture, facility layout, access points, emergency procedures, communication methods, and safety team structure.

After the assessment, your church receives practical recommendations based on your actual environment and needs. This allows leadership to make informed decisions before investing in training, policy updates, or long-term support.

Custom Safety Team Training
$0.00

After the assessment, ChurchGuard Solutions can develop training tailored to your church’s layout, risks, team experience, and ministry environment.

Training may include topics such as situational awareness, de-escalation, emergency response, communication, lockdown procedures, medical response, active threat response principles, and coordination with first responders.

The goal is not to create a heavy-handed security presence. The goal is to help your team understand their role, respond appropriately, and support the mission of the church.

Liability Mitigation & Policy Development
$0.00

Clear policies help protect your congregation, your volunteers, and your leadership. ChurchGuard Solutions helps churches review, rewrite, or develop safety policies that are practical, understandable, and aligned with how the church actually operates.

This may include safety team expectations, emergency procedures, incident reporting, use-of-force guidance, communication protocols, documentation practices, and volunteer conduct standards.

Strong policies reduce confusion, improve consistency, and help demonstrate that leadership has taken reasonable steps to prepare for foreseeable safety concerns.

Emergency Exercises & Scenario-Based Drills
$0.00

Plans are only effective if people know how to use them. ChurchGuard Solutions helps churches run practical exercises that test communication, decision-making, and emergency response procedures in a controlled environment.

Exercises may include tabletop discussions, walkthrough drills, lockdown scenarios, medical emergencies, suspicious person situations, severe weather response, evacuation coordination, and after-action reviews.

These exercises help identify gaps before a real emergency exposes them.

Recurring Safety Support
$0.00

Church safety is not a one-time project. Teams change, procedures age, and new concerns develop over time. ChurchGuard Solutions offers recurring support to help churches keep their safety program active and current.

Recurring support may include refresher training, annual safety reviews, policy updates, scenario exercises, new concern reviews, and leadership consultation.

This helps your church maintain readiness instead of relying on a single training event.

New Safety Team Member Training
$0.00

When new volunteers join the safety team, they need to understand the same procedures, expectations, and response philosophy as the rest of the team.

ChurchGuard Solutions offers catch-up training for new safety team members so they can get aligned quickly and confidently. This helps keep the entire team operating from the same plan.

State Security Grant Application Support
$0.00

ChurchGuard Solutions helps churches prepare for the Texas NSGP process by turning real facility vulnerabilities into clear, grant-ready project justifications. We assist with the assessment, project planning, Investment Justification language, supporting documentation, and organization of eligible security improvements such as cameras, access control, reinforced entry points, emergency communication tools, training, and other target-hardening measures.

This service is designed to help church leaders avoid a rushed or incomplete application and present their security needs in a way that is specific, organized, and tied to documented risks. Our goal is to help your church pursue available Texas NSGP funding with a stronger application, clearer justification, and a practical security plan that supports your ministry.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Most churches know safety matters, but they are not always sure what needs to be fixed first.

That is why we start with an initial site security assessment. It gives your leadership a clear picture of where your church stands, what gaps may exist, and what steps should be prioritized.

Schedule an initial site assessment today and take the first step toward a safer, more prepared church.
